Conclusion

The damaged road picture is found to be originally from Andhra Pradesh, not Telangana. Even though the second picture is from Telangana, it has been on the internet since 2020.

An old picture from Telangana and an unrelated picture from Andhra Pradesh is going viral with a false narrative of the recent floods in Telangana, therefore the claim is FALSE.
