Undergraduate Department of Commerce
The Undergraduate Department of Commerce (Corporate Secretaryship) established in the year 1994 involves advanced study of the concepts and processes of corporate governance, with particular focus on the areas of secretarial practices and company laws. The program imparts Corporate Secretarial skills and prepares students for job responsibilities such as corporate management, investment management, legal formalities and economic legislations. It also trains students to be competent and versatile Company Secretaries.
