Alumnae Association

The Alumnae Association of M.O.P Vaishnav College for Women (Autonomous) is registered under Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act (SI. No. SRG/Chennai Central/219/2021).

The Alumnae Association consists of dedicated registered members who actively support the institution’s mission and vision. Every alumnae is the pride of the institution. The alumnae shape the institution’s reputation in the corporate world, excel as entrepreneurs, and contribute as exemplary citizens to the nation.The Alumnae make significant contributions to their alma mater in the form of guest lectures, offer placement opportunities, guide and mentor students. The alumnae have created endowments to empower and foster excellence among students.



The Alumnae Core Working Committee is formed from each program to reconnect alumni with their alma mater.



Regular alumnae meets are organized by the association, providing an opportunity for alumni to gather under one roof.



Each department includes an alumna on their Board of Studies, where suggestions and improvements to the curriculum are discussed.



Alumnae also interact with students through the "Alumnae – Talk" series, offering insights on current job requirements and the necessary skill upgrades.
