Marketing Conclave is the department’s flagship event. The event plays host to international marketers, national marketers, corporates, academicians, entrepreneurs and students. Interesting topics pertaining to new age marketing trends like Engagement Marketing, Value-driven marketing, Innovation marketing, Augmented Reality Marketing and many more will be will be decoded by top marketers. The event provides a platform for the industry, marketing practitioners, academia and students to share their knowledge and their experiences in marketing.
Named after the marketing Guru – Philip Kotler, Kotlerz Klan is the department’s annual intramural club activity where students across the three classes of the department compete against each other to win the Overall rolling trophy. Under the clubs’ banner, many events like Quiz, Product Design, Market Entry Strategy, Ad Zap, Product revival strategies, Ad campaign planning etc are conducted annually where students get an opportunity to interact with industry professionals.
The department conducts a series of guest lectures and workshops under the banner of Engage. Off beat topics in marketing like Artificial Intelligence Marketing, Food Marketing and Marketing Automation are covered under Engage. In an academic year more than ten lectures are conducted.

- The Market Place – Business on Campus Initiative
‘The Market Place’ is the business on campus initiative undertaken by the students of Marketing Management department as part of their practice school. The Entrepreneurial skills of the students will be put to test with stalls being put up ranging from photo booths, nail art, games and lot of food stalls. This gives the students the opportunity to face the real life circumstances with regard to business and marketing.
- Marketing Express – On the Marketing Trail
‘Marketing Express’ is an one day thematic marketing exhibition organised by the students of the department. The Marketing Express is held on the same day as the Marketing Conclave, thereby the students get a chance to interact with industry professionals and enhance their career opportunities.
Publicité, the annual student journal of the department is scripted and edited by the students of the department. Every year the journal is released with an interesting marketing theme that highlights the imperativeness of marketing. The themes of the various Publicité edition include – Web advertising, Delight marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Branding, Entertainment Marketing, Social Media Marketing, etc.,
‘Scholar – The Book of Abstracts’ is a compilation of all the abstracts of the research projects undertaken for the core paper ‘Marketing Research and Consumer Behavior’. The Book of Abstracts is completely compiled by the student research co-coordinators.
