Q: What is the paper submission deadline?

A: Full paper submission deadline is 15th December, 2025. Notification of acceptance will be sent by 12th January, 2026.

Q: Can I present my paper online?

A: Yes, outstation delegates can present papers in online mode. However, at least one author must register for the accepted paper.

Q: What format should I use for paper submission?

A: Authors must submit full manuscripts in IEEE Format.

A: Yes, certificates will be issued to delegates, paper presenters, and best paper awardees.

Q: Where will my paper be published?

A: Accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings with ISBN. Best selected papers may be considered for Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals.

Q: Do I need separate registration for multiple papers?

A: Yes, for authors with more than one paper, each paper has to be registered separately.
