Sports & NCC

M.O.P Vaishnav College for women believes in empowering women through holistic education. Its systematic approach has laid the platform for nurturing many talents. Tireless and sustained efforts of the college in identifying pure talent especially in the realm of sports, has secured an invincible position amidst other colleges.The college inculcates in every student, courage, confidence and determination. The motivation and guidance by the college have been the cause for the innumerable trophies adorning the campus. The college has successfully produced 52 International Players.Free hostel facilities are provided to meritorious sports students from economically backward classes. The students are provided free accommodation, food and excellent coaching by state level and national level coaches.

The accolades and laurels won by the star performers at both International and National level stand testimony to the support given by the Principal, Management and Staff .

Cadospark

Cadospark is a dynamic initiative taken by the NCC cadets of M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women. It is an inter-school competition conducted exclusively for the Junior Wing Cadets of schools all over Chennai. The idea was to create an atmosphere similar to that of the Republic Day Camp, thereby helping them perform better in their camps.
