The Undergraduate Program in Commerce (Corporate Secretaryship) started in the year 1994 is a three year degree programme with a focus on the areas of Company law and Secretarial practice, preparing students for professional courses such as Company Secretary, Cost and Management Accountant, and Chartered Accountant.This course empowers students to perform essential roles in Corporate Governance, Compliance and Management roles, positioning them as valuable asset to organisations.
